Silfab, Konstanz debut Low-cost back-contact cell
The new Zebra back-contact monocrystalline solar cell, with no metal on the sun-facing side, has demonstrated efficiency of 19 percent, with potential to reach 22
percent. Production of modules, with peak power exceeding 290 W, is planned for
2012. The modules will carry Silfab’s 40-year limited warranty. silfab.eu/eng/
