Solar FlexRack of Youngstown, Ohio, aims to be a low-tech solution to reducing labor costs in photovoltaic (PV) installations.
The company claims that a three-man crew can unfold and bolt down a factory-assembled FlexRack in three minutes or less.
Built of aluminum extrusions, FlexRack components pivot into position and are tightened down with a standard ratchet.
Neighboring racks slip together quickly, and modules can then be slid into place and their clips tightened. FlexRack projects
