2011 Honda CR-Z
The elegant two-seat CR-X, first sold in 1983, was one of the most
fun and fuel-efficient cars of its era, with an Environmental Protection
Agency mileage rating of 41 city/50 highway. It became a favorite target
for electric vehicle conversion. Now Honda plans to reintroduce it, using the Insight’s Integrated Motor Assist hybrid drivetrain, as the CR-Z.
Projected gas mileage and price tag are yet to be announced, but the car
is on schedule for production in late 2010.
