Modular House from
Recycled Materials
Austin, Texas-based
Reclaimed Space has introduced manufactured home
units made with locally
sourced recycled materials
taken from deconstructed
homes. The single-pitch
roof gives solar panels a full
day of sunlight and can be
equipped to capture rainwater. Built on skids and beams,
the modular Spaces are re-locatable; upon completion,
they can be delivered to any
site via a flatbed truck. Prices
range from $115 to $160 per
square foot, depending on
custom features. reclaimed
