China Sunergy recently expanded production
lines at its nanjing plant, putting four high-efficiency SE solar cell lines into production. The
company produces high-efficiency SE solar cells,
hP solar cells (upgraded from P-type monocrystal-line silicon solar cells) and P-type multi-crystalline
silicon solar cells. With a mission of continuously
developing novel high-efficiency solar cells, China
Sunergy plans to start commercial production
of n-type silicon solar cells in 2009. The conversion efficiency of the patented n-type cells has
